Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 7 days from the date on which you received the Goods, or on which a third party you appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, without any additional fees.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.

• The Goods are in their original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Goods which, by nature, cannot be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or are past their expiry date.

• Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

Note: Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of the returned Goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts

• If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

• If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
